I have started this site to begin to catalogue relevant, useful or humorous material on the General Anti-Avoidance Rule, here in Canada and abroad. It seems like just yesterday that the GAAR was introduced, but it has been almost a generation ago and I hope to overtime create a useful site with all things GAAR.
